OM Digital Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BI & Digital Analytics Specialist to join our global IT division. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business intelligence, digital marketing performance, and data governance within a fast-paced, multinational environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across multiple business domains and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence Duties
* Design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the organization
* Provide technical support and manage BI platforms and reporting technologies following ITIL best practices
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet evolving business needs and best practices
* Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance across BI platforms.
Digital & Online Analytics
* Optimize digital and direct-to-customer performance through analytics, supporting marketing and e-commerce initiatives
* Drive implementation and coordination of campaign tracking and digital measurement across online touchpoints
* Support consent management strategies across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with global privacy standards
* Leverage digital analytics insights to support conversion rate optimization and customer experience enhancement
Business Analytics
* Deliver business reporting and analytics across key functions such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other areas across the organization.
* Support the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and quality control (ETL / ELT development)
* Focus area will be development and design of dashboards and other required reporting outputs
* Work closely with data owners to promote consistency, accessibility, and reusability of data assets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in business intelligence and data analytics across digital and enterprise environments
* Strong ability to translate business needs into insightful and actionable dashboards and reporting tools
* Experience in coordinating cross-functional implementations of data tracking and consent solutions
* Knowledge of best practices in data quality, data privacy, and performance analytics
* Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders across regions
* Strong experience in managing and optimizing data engineering workflows and processes.
* Experience in data visualization and user-centric reporting design
Nice to Have
* Understanding of UX and CX principles to support data-driven design
* Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy frameworks
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management standards
* Basic knowledge of Python programming language
