* Design & develop robust, low-latency multithreaded pricing engines for Spot and Forward FX trading
* Collaborate directly with traders, front office teams, and research groups in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
* Enhance & modernize existing pricing systems, integrating cutting-edge low-latency architectures and technologies
* Optimize performance of real-time trading connectivity and execution systems serving 100+ traders across 5 global hubs
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous technical excellence and knowledge sharing
* Drive innovation in front-office systems supporting billions in daily transaction volume
What We're Looking ForRequired:
* Java development skills with proven hands-on experience in multithreaded systems
* Professional background in FX/FWD trading systems OR high-performance, low-latency environments
* Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative, trader-facing roles
* Passion for performance and continuous technical improvement
Highly Desirable:
* Experience with C++ or C#
* Proven track record delivering front-office systems in investment banking
* Knowledge of FX market microstructure and trading workflows
