Tasks
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications needed for open positions within Boost-IT;
Source and attract candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events;
Conductthorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Boost-IT's values and mission;
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback;
Maintain andupdate recruitment databases and reports to track the progress of open positions and improve future recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
Minimumof 1year of experience in recruiting IT professionals;
Experience in managing candidate databases, conducting interviews, and presenting job opportunities to them;
Experience in international recruitment processes (a plus);
High capacity for learning;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Persistent, dynamic, proactive;
Enjoy working in a team and goal-oriented;
Fluencyin English (mandatory);
French knowledge (nice to have).
