We are looking for a
Senior Java Backend Developer/Tech Lead
to join our team. Our client is a fintech company revolutionizing the financial services industry with cutting-edge digital solutions.
What you'll do:
Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers
Architect and develop scalable microservices using
Java
and
Spring Boot
Design, implement, and maintain robust
REST APIs
for internal and external services
Ensure backend systems are secure, efficient, and maintainable
Integrate with both
SQL
and
NoSQL
databases
Apply strong understanding of
Spring Security
for authentication and authorization
Deploy and manage services in
Kubernetes
-based environments
Review code, enforce best practices, and lead technical discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps
Champion clean code, documentation, and modern development methodologies
What you will need to bring:
7+ years
of professional experience in backend development
Proven leadership experience in a
Tech Lead
or senior engineering role
Deep expertise in
Java
,
Spring Boot
, and REST API development
Experience building and maintaining
RESTful APIs
at scale
Strong proficiency with
Kubernetes
,
Git
, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid knowledge of
JPA/Hibernate
and relational databases (
SQL
)
Experience with
Spring Security
and secure API development
Exposure to
NoSQL
databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB is a plus
Fluent in
English
(written and spoken)
Agile methodology experience and collaborative mindset
