Role: IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user accounts and authentication using Microsoft Active Directory.
* Provide Windows system troubleshooting and basic user support.
* Work with ServiceNow for ticket management.
* Support and coordinate Microsoft Azure authentication and password-related tasks.
* Manage telecommunications vendors, including ordering equipment.
* Oversee company IT assets and assist in implementing projects in collaboration with the U.S. team.
* Ensure effective communication with users to resolve technical issues.
* Provide basic hardware support, such as identifying network cards and diagnosing battery issues.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience in Power Platform development (not mandatory).
Requirements:
* Strong experience with Microsoft environments (Windows, Active Directory, Azure).
* Knowledge about ServiceNow for IT ticket management.
* Ability to manage suppliers and IT assets.
* Good troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
