We are looking for a Business Analyst with Accounting experience We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Accounting to join a dynamic team, focused on operational excellence, accounting accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities - Maintain accounting records in SAP (purchase invoices, fixed assets, sales, provisions, and accruals); - Perform detailed analysis of trial balances, identifying variances and supporting decision-making; - Account reconciliation and monthly closing activities; - Prepare and monitor reporting packages and periodic financial reports; - Record, monitor, and control financial investments; - Support the preparation of accounting information for tax assessments; - Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and annual accounts; - Monitor intercompany balances and transactions; - Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits; - Analyze and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements), ensuring compliance with quality and deadlines; - Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with different teams; - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process automation.
Profile - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; - 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting roles; - Knowledge of IFRS (preferred); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; - English is mandatory (C1 level); - Spanish knowledge (preferred); - Experience with SAP (preferred); - Knowledge of Power Query or automation tools (preferred).

Offer - Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; - Hybrid model with 2 days of remote work per week; - Continuous training and development opportunities; - Initial project duration of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Compensation - Base Salary: - €1,550 (3–5 years of experience) - €1,700 (5–10 years of experience) - (each case will be evaluated individually) - Meal allowance: €6/day (paid in cash); - Attendance bonus: €200; - Language bonus: €150.
