Job Title: Financial Operations Professional
Job Description
* Lead the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems.
* Compile and submit departmental Balance Sheet and P&L reports to global platforms.
* Advise business units on accounting issues and special transactions.
* Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, including management, headquarters, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
* Support the implementation of new accounting standards and business regulations.
* Perform and improve internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency.
* Contribute to special projects, such as M&A transactions and regulatory changes.
Digital Skills & Innovation
* Promote the use and migration to the latest SAP FI version and other digital tools to optimize accounting workflows.
* Apply advanced Excel and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
* Embrace automation, data visualization, and collaboration platforms to enhance transparency and decision-making.
* Remain proactive and curious about emerging technologies in finance and accounting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Assurance, or similar roles.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and closing procedures.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel.
