Your key responsibilities
* Manage multiple technical and advisory Tax Compliance projects for domestic and global clients;
* Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities;
* Manage timings and expectations with clients;
* Deliver quality solutions using general Tax Compliance knowledge, optimize processes, and leverage technology for efficiency;
* Advise local and multinational companies on tax compliance to align with their business strategies;
* Ensure submission of corporate tax obligations (IRC, IVA, IRS, IMI, etc.) and other compliance/reporting obligations (COPE, CBCR);
* Stay updated on tax, legal, and business trends relevant to clients;
* Contribute to team productivity and motivation through good communication and cooperation.

Qualifications
* Degree in Tax, Economics, or related fields from a recognized university;
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Tax Compliance;
* Experience in consulting, preferably in Big4 or second-tier firms;
* Strong understanding of tax processes and systems;
* Experience in team management;
* Some business development experience;
* Ability to work in multicultural environments;
* Full professional proficiency in English.
