---ROLE 1 - Restaurant ManagerWe are looking for our next manager to help us build and grow the concept.
We are accepting candidates with previous management experience but also shift leads or supervisors motivated and ambitious to grow into a manager role in a demanding but professional environment.What's non-negotiable (Manager):- You are ambitious, self-motivated and always willing to learn and grow- You shine in a challenging environment and you enjoy problem-solving- You are a natural people person, in front of guests and team- You are passionate about modern concepts for hospitality, coffee, brunch and dinner- You have a founder mindset and proactively seek ways to grow the business- You are inspired by Instagram-worthy concepts and dream about implementing them yourself- You understand the digital world and the importance of it for a restaurant business- You speak fluent English and Portuguese---ROLE 2 - Shift Lead / Floor Supervisor (Barista background a plus)This is a hands-on role at the heart of our daily service - you will lead the floor, support the team, and make sure every guest has an exceptional experience.
