What We Are Looking For
Puratos Portugal, based in Sintra, is currently recruiting for the position of Pastry/Bakery Technician & Sales Representative for Retail to strengthen our team in the southern region of the country.
Main Responsibilities
1. Implement the strategy and business plan defined by the company at client locations.
2. Identify new business opportunities and promote Puratos products.
3. Weekly visits to clients in your area for:
1. Demonstration and production of specialties with Puratos products at client manufacturing sites; Support training of store employees in the production of specialties.
2. Monitoring of KPIs (stocks, sales, etc.) per client; Place orders in the computer system (Tablet) and manage collections from punctual clients.
5. Market prospecting to attract potential clients in coordination with KAM Retail and the Sales Manager.
6. Monthly visits to stores of all retail players for information gathering.
Profile
1. 12th-grade education.
2. Experience in food manufacturing in the categories of Bakery and Pastry.
3. Commercial experience in presenting the benefits of products and services to clients.
4. Driver's license.
5. Willingness to travel to the Puratos headquarters.
6. Proficiency in Information Technology, particularly MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
7. Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence tools is valued.
8. Knowledge of English (preferred).
