Responsibilities
* Work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems and ensuring they have everything they need
* Assist with day-to-day centre operations: prepare the centre before opening, manage visitor inquiries, help with events and communications
* Handle requests such as changing WiFi codes, locating packages, directing to meeting rooms, and assisting with equipment setup
* Sort and manage mail and correspondence, respond to customers, and follow up as needed
* Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, invites, and centre notices
* Wrap up the day and maintain a tidy centre
About You / Qualifications
* Good communicator with the ability to build professional relationships and empathise with customers
* Ability to multi-task and own problems, finding solutions
* Positive, enthusiastic attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations
* Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
