We are looking for an Senior Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Understanding business processes and issues
* Be a proposal force to design innovative solutions to allow the most advanced automation of reporting processes
* Contribute to the validation of the product with end users, taking care to check their adherence at each stage
* Contribute to change management and support the users
* Monitoring treatment progress and provide user support during closing periods
* Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics
* Relevant professional experience as Business Analyst in Financial/Reporting Industry (5 - 7 years)
* Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
* Previous banking experience is a plus.
* Fluency in English.
