Job Title:Sales Associate – Private Equity & VC SolutionsLocation:Remote, European UnionDescription:Valuat is looking for a Growth Associate to help us expand across Europe by connecting with the most forward-thinking Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.Based in Madrid, you'll join a lean and ambitious team working to transform how fund managers operate, report, and scale.Your mission will be to identify and engage new potential clients — fund managers, advisors, and institutional investors. You’ll own the top of the funnel: sourcing high-potential leads, crafting personalized outreach, and scheduling discovery meetings.This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role. You’ll combine written outreach (email, LinkedIn) with strategic cold calling to spark conversations and generate qualified opportunities.As you gain experience and understanding of our market, you’ll progressively take on greater responsibility in lead qualification and early-stage deal development, with a clear path toward managing your own pipeline and closing smaller clients.This is a unique opportunity to grow into a strategic commercial role while developing a deep understanding of how the European private capital market operates.Responsibilities:– Identify and qualify Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across Europe– Monitor relevant market signals (fund closings, investments, team changes)– Execute personalized outbound campaigns using tools like Clay and Instantly– Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations with fund managers and stakeholders– Schedule and prepare meetings with decision-makers– Keep the CRM (Pipedrive) updated with clean and accurate data– Collaborate with the Head of Sales on lead targeting and messaging– Support early-stage deal development, with potential to close smaller clientsRequirements: – 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, finance, or SaaS– Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations from scratch– Excellent writing and communication skills– Strong interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or institutional investing– Proactive, organized, and results-driven– Fluent in Spanish and English (French or Italian is a plus)– (Bonus) Experience with Pipedrive, Clay, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
