Job Description:
Verisure is seeking an experienced, talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Corporate Performance Management Senior Associate to support our Group Corporate Performance Management Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Madrid, and Lisbon.
The role will report to the Group Corporate Performance Management Manager and will be based in Lisbon.
The Group Corporate Performance Management team is responsible for:
* 1) Business reporting; definition, implementation, development, collection & quality assurance of Business KPI data used for analytical purposes by all parts of our business,
* 2) Tools implementation, development & maintenance including Data Warehouse, Analytical tools (e.g., Essbase), Consolidation tools (Hyperion Financial Management/HFM). Our aim is to support business operations with tools to improve transparency and analytical capabilities in local markets and at Group level.
This is an exciting role expected to lead some CPM projects and applications, handling technical setup, maintenance, and user assistance. The role involves working closely with senior professionals across our footprint and requires a deep understanding of our business processes and local operations.

Responsibilities include, among others:
* Lead, develop, and provide technical support for internal Oracle EPM projects, starting with Essbase.
* Co-administer and develop HFM (Hyperion Financial Management). Initial training and support will be provided.
* Collaborate on Group Finance projects such as Financial Analysis, KPIs, Data Warehouse, and other technical activities.
* Assist local operations and group functions in utilizing the tools effectively.
* Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of data and analysis capabilities.

Experience and Qualifications

Requirements include a high education degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or IT, with strong interest in technology and finance.
At least 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions development, good knowledge of Essbase, preferably in consulting or international environments.
Strong interest in business performance analysis driven by standardization & automation.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to work in an international environment.
Highly motivated with strong analytical skills, methodical, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to improve processes.
