Document Manager Role
Project Documentation is a critical component of our projects. As a Document Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Manage and control project documentation, drawings, and records to ensure version control and integrity.
* Develop and maintain document management systems to support collaboration between engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
* Coordinate document reviews and approvals to meet project deadlines.
* Support the project team in preparing handover and close-out documentation to ensure smooth project closure.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in managing project documentation in construction or engineering projects, be familiar with document management software, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with Portuguese being an advantage. The successful candidate will be based in Portugal, or willing to relocate.
