Build Some of the World's Most Advanced Composite Vessels
Trimarine Compósitos is seeking experienced Composite Boatbuilders and Advanced Laminators to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
This is not production-line GRP work.
At Trimarine, we design and build some of the most technically advanced composite vessels in the world, ranging from offshore racing yachts and high-performance foiling craft to commercial and special-purpose vessels.
Our projects utilize advanced composite technologies including carbon fibre prepreg, Nomex honeycomb cores, vacuum infusion, structural bonding, and precision composite assembly.
We are looking for craftsmen and composite specialists who take pride in producing world-class work and want to be involved in projects that push the boundaries of marine engineering.
What You'll Be Working On
Large Scale Carbon Infusion Components
Carbon fibre prepreg structures
Nomex and honeycomb sandwich construction
High-performance offshore racing vessels
Advanced commercial and special-purpose craft
Structural composite assembly and bonding
Precision composite finishing and fit-out
Prototype and low-volume custom builds
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in composite boatbuilding or advanced composite manufacturing
Strong experience with carbon fibre laminating and vacuum infusion processes
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and laminate schedules
Experience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Background in racing yachts, performance marine craft, aerospace, motorsport, or other advanced composites is highly desirable
Self-motivated professionals who enjoy challenging, technically demanding projects
Ability to work in Europe
