As a Project Manager at Amaris, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop project plans and associated communication documents.
* Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders.
* Liaise with project stakeholders regularly.
* Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
* Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
* Manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
* Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
* Track project milestones and deliverables.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
* Determine report frequency and content, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues.
* Manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
* Define success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
* Build and develop key business relationships vital to project success.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, proven experience as a Project Manager, strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and fluency in English and French. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
