As a Project Manager at Amaris, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
3. Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders.
4. Liaise with project stakeholders regularly.
5. Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
6. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
7. Manage project expectations with team and stakeholders.
8. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
9. Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tools.
10. Track milestones and deliverables.
11. Develop and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
12. Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and manage scope changes proactively.
13. Define success criteria and communicate throughout the project lifecycle.
14. Coach and motivate team members and contractors, fostering accountability.
15. Build and develop vital business relationships for project success.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Fluent in English and French.
