ITT Manager– All genders – in Lisbon
BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC ITT – ITT Transversal Centre
The IT Transversal Centre (ITT) provides several IT services to the company in Nanterre, for different activities such as:
IT Risk management
IT Obsolescence
IT Gouvernance
Cybersecurity
Software Asset Management
Security Administration
IT Asset Management
based on a well-defined BNP Paribas Risk & Security governances.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ITT TRANSVERSAL CENTRE
Responsible for managing team's work
Main Functions:
The ITT Manager role and responsibilities include the following:
Deep knowledge of various team's processes.
Plan, organize, control and evaluate the processes of his/her team
Evaluate any project of the area
Thoroughness on projects to ensure they are completed with accuracy
Manage the related area through setting goals, organize the work of the team within the means provided
Train staff about potential uses of existing tools
Distribute workload and organizes the operation of the team
Contribute to the operational pursuit of objectives
Coordinate all activities under his responsibilities
Provide the team with guidance, leadership and local presence
Promote the team's work by reporting on the progress of the teams
Implement project management methodology
Provide assistance, information and support to the team
AS OUR NEW ITT MANAGER, YOU MUST HAVE:
Degree in Informatics or related areas:
Understand of project's methodology;
ISO***** training and certification
Knowledge of IT Risk, IT Governance, IT Obsolescence management;
Experience in Security namely Cybersecurity;
Essential skills and basic features needed:
General knowledge of the organization of the BNP Paribas Group
Fluent in business language (C1/C2 or native)
Knowledge of Business and Cardif Services' strategy
Knowledge of teams' mission and vision
Knowledge about business unit activity management (pilotage)
Knowledge about problem solving
Ability to establish, set and respect budgets
Ability to anticipate the business unit activity
Ability to design and interpret business unit' KPI'S
Ability to identify and prevent risks related to the activities and alert the N+
Ability to lead meetings and deliver a presentation
