- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and define product requirements.
- Develop user-centered product features by transforming insights and feedback into tangible enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver strategic product initiatives.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to inform product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and strategic shifts.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, ideally within digital or gaming sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Task-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven individual.
