In order to maintain its high standards, Superior Wellness in Portugal is looking to reinforce the team with a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Improvement project management;
Collection andmonitoring of production data;
Structuring and organisation of tasks and workstations;
Optimisation and standardisation of processes;
Structured problem solving;
Support for a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have:
Dynamism and proactivity;
Ability to learn and adapt;
Communication skills and critical thinking;
Higher education in Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering and Management;
Knowledge of Lean and Quality tools;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Good knowledgeof spoken and written English (eliminatory factor).
