In this rapidly-expanding part of the iBasis portfolio, you have an opportunity to help grow iBasis into the market leader in IoT connectivity and connectivity management.ABOUT THE ROLE:Reporting to the Global Head of IoT Sales, this role will focus on developing IoT business through a variety of customer types across their assigned region.
The Inside Sales Representative – IoT is instrumental in achieving new logo acquisition and existing customer management.
Leveraging your experience in and knowledge of the mobile network operator (MNO), mobile virtual netowrk operator (MVNO), wireless technology, and wireless hardware ecosystem to establish and grow the iBasis brand and share of the enterprise, reseller, distributor, and agent marketspace.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and grow existing accounts.Achieving sales targets established by management by managing a portfolio of customers and successfully acquiring new customers.
It is critical to balance your time between managing/growing existing customers while simultaneously developing and closing a pipeline of new prospects/customers.Develop and maintain close relationships with assigned customers, professionally managing customer requirements and identifying needs.Regular tracking and reporting on KPI's for assigned customer base.Regular and timely reporting to direct management for sales performance review.Research, strategically target, and develop relationships with new potential customers.Providing regular updates of your customers' and the market requirements for business planning and product development.
