Your Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries efficiently across multiple channels – chat, email, and phone – covering a variety of topics such as Sports, Casino, Poker, and cashier-related issues.
* Analyze individual cases and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams aligned toward shared goals.
* Escalate technical issues or customer-reported problems to relevant departments swiftly and accurately.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and meet agreed service quality standards consistently.
Your Profile:
* German proficiency: C1 or higher
* English proficiency: B2 or higher
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Calm and confident when handling diverse customer inquiries, even under pressure
* Comfortable in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
* Solid computer literacy
* Interest in Sports, Casino, or Poker products is a plus
What We Offer:
* A stable, permanent employment contract
* Annual gross salary: €22,000 (~€1,571.43/month)
* Daily meal allowance: €6.83 per working day
* Health insurance coverage
* Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
* Work shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday, between 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM
