Your Mission Will Be:
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications built on the OutSystems platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance;
* Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams, supporting best practices and ensuring high standards of code quality;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define delivery timelines, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution of development plans;
* Participate actively in the development lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, code reviews, and performance optimization;
* Mentor developers and promote a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
You Will Need:
* Strong professional experience developing solutions using the OutSystems platform, including architecture, development, and deployment;
* Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating development activities in agile environments such as Scrum or similar methodologies;
* Solid knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational database systems such as SQL Server or Oracle;
* Ability to analyze complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and make effective architectural and design decisions;
* CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have:
* Experience working with OutSystems O11 and ODC platforms in complex enterprise environments;
* Familiarity with OutSystems Reactive Web or Mobile development and modern application architecture patterns;
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management practices;
* Knowledge of cloud services and integration patterns involving platforms such as AWS or Azure;
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
