Your Mission
Manage and continuously optimize the product portfolio for CRS, STR, and HOME categories across Maxi-Cosi and BebeConfort brands, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, operational efficiency and market needs. This includes overseeing collection updates, lifecycle management and coordinating introduction of new products.
Your Responsibilities
* Portfolio Management
· Manage the ongoing Portfolio Management Process to come and maintain aligned with Brand and Company guidelines.
· Lead regular roadmap and portfolio review meetings with category managers.
· Align with Category Development Manager on strategic collection evolution and cross-category initiatives.
· Coordinate item creation and updates in the ERP system with EU Business Support.
· Conduct regular meetings with planners to manage transitions and stock clean-outs.
· Prepare and update collection data for annual and quarterly quota reviews.
· Support the preparation and validation of portfolio data for pricing updates.
· Identify and implement a digital tool(s) for efficient Portfolio Management.
· Lead the transfer of implementation of new tool(s) and ensure stakeholder training and embedding it in the portfolio management process.
* People Management
· Manage Product Technical Data Specialist;
· Conduct weekly check-ins to prioritize workload and track progress on PDS creation and updates;
· Educate new team members on the Portfolio Management Process;
· Key Stakeholders: Category Managers, Product Managers, Operations Team (Production Planners)
Project Managers New Product Development, Category Development Manager, Local Project Teams in Europe and Asia, Quality Team, Procurement & Styling Teams, Key Account Managers.

Proficient in handling item creation, updates, and lifecycle tracking within ERP systems.
· Analytical Thinking:
Strong capability to analyze collection data, support pricing updates, and contribute to quota reviews.
· Stakeholder Management:
Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams including Category Managers, Planners, and Development Teams.
· Process Improvement & Efficiency:
Proven ability to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and implement digital tools that enhance operational efficiency.
· Time Management:
Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely execution of portfolio and project activities.
· Leadership & People Development:
Ability to manage and mentor team members, prioritize workloads, and ensure process understanding.

Skilled in adoption of new tools and processes across teams.
