Role Overview
The Institute of Project Management (IPM) is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring successful delivery of project management training programmes, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow corporate accounts valued at €100K–€500K.
* Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and senior leadership stakeholders.
* Ensure successful delivery of training and certification programmes.
* Drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion opportunities.
* Maintain regular client engagement and ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
* 4–5 years of B2B account management experience.
* Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts (€100K–€500K).
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Project management experience is essential.
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred: Experience in corporate training, professional education, SaaS, or consulting.
