/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b: /pulliSupport and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance /liliBuild and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.
/liliDeploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
/liliWork closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
/liliManage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b: /pulliApplication support experience.
/liliCore Unix/Linux skills.
/liliKnowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP.
/liliBasic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.g. C, C++, Java).
/liliBasic SQL knowledge.
/liliSLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki.
/liliNetwork monitoring: Corvil.
/liliDatabases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Maria DB, KDB/q.
/liliMessaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka.
/liliObservability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
/liliExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
/liliEnglish language.
