The successful candidate will be responsible for providing B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls. They will also assist with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services, guide clients in navigating platform tools, and analyze trends and troubleshoot common issues affecting business users.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
