About the Role
The E-commerce Manager plays a pivotal role in driving hotel revenue by optimizing digital sales channels, enhancing the booking experience, and ensuring strong online visibility.
This role oversees the hotel website, booking engine, OTAs (e.g., Expedia), and metasearch platforms to guarantee accurate content, competitive pricing, and effective promotional strategies. Collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Reservations teams, the E-commerce Manager analyzes performance data, refines digital campaigns, and develops strategies to boost direct bookings and overall online performance.
