Staffing Operations Specialist Remote Spain / Portugal Fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (C1) and Portuguese B2+A core operations position owning staffing execution across Spain and Portugal.You will be the reliability and risk owner for contracts, payroll, and labor compliance with Spain as the technical core of operations.
The RoleYou run the operational engine of our Iberia staffing business:End-to-end worker lifecycle and contractsPayroll control, validation, and approvalLabor compliance (CBAs, TGSS, SEPE, CASIA, Mutua, PRL)Audits, inspections, and complex casesOperational readiness for invoicing and marginsYou operate autonomously, think ahead, flag risks early, and keep operations stable under pressure.
What We're Looking ForProven experience in staffing operations / workforce administrationHands-on Spanish labor expertise (portals, CBAs, nóminas)Experience with payroll, audits, and inspectionsDemonstrated exposure to Portuguese employment administration and labor frameworks!!
Practical understanding of Portuguese Social Security, contracts, terminations and payroll fundamentals!!
