Workster is partnering with a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their offices in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting healthcare professionals, ensuring they are confident and successful in using the company's software and services.

Your Role
* Guide and support healthcare professionals by phone, responding to incoming queries and making proactive follow-up calls
* Deliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platform
* Handle requests received via email and ticketing systems, ensuring fast and accurate resolution
* Advise customers on product features and usage, resolving doubts and helping them make the most of the software
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on recurring issues
* Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer insights with the relevant teams
Your Qualifications
* Fluent in French (C2)
* Previous experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with providing phone-based training and guidance
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
* Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and software quickly
