We seek a Data Analyst (CRM ) with 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, particularly with a focus on CRM, and advanced SQL expertise.
Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance measurement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for different Owned channels.
* Use analytical tools to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
* Apply the ability to make informed decisions on the best methods and techniques to evaluate the impact and success of marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing partners to develop effective strategies for campaign reporting and analysis.
* Integrate analytics insights into customer experience improvements and support overall business goals.
* Use SQL to analyze data and determine trends, predict outcomes, and offer actionable insights.
* Implement A/B tests to enhance customer journey touchpoints and improve conversion rates.
* Track and report marketing performance metrics.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM and analytics technologies.
