What You'll Be Doing:

* Escalate more complex queries to second-line support when needed
* Keep accurate records and notes of each case in the system

* Fluency in one of the listed languages + solid English communication skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Tech curiosity and confidence using everyday digital tools
* A positive, problem-solving mindset
