We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Coordinator to join our IT team.
About the Role
This position involves overseeing daily production checks, identifying and resolving issues or delays promptly, managing incident lifecycle, and coordinating deliveries with IT OPS teams. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Service Delivery Manager, advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of ITIL process management, Service Now, and Jira, experience with monitoring and alerting tools, Unix/Linux (Shell) experience, and basic knowledge of CI/CD toolsets.
Main Responsibilities
* Daily production checks to identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
* Fully manage incident lifecycle, including escalation, coordination, and communication with affected parties.
* Support problem-solving related to data issues and prepare incident reports.
* Manage infrastructure requests, oversee changes made by IT OPS, and ensure follow-up and documentation.
* Coordinate deliveries with IT OPS for pre-production and production environments after testing validations.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
* Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of ITIL process management, Service Now, and Jira.
* Experience with monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace and ELK (Kibana, Grafana).
* Unix/Linux (Shell) experience and basic knowledge of CI/CD toolsets: Git Lab and Jenkins.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies and English proficiency.
