Project Manager (Senior, Remote – Portugal) Requirements: +5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Strong experience with risk management and project governance. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Resident in Portugal (mandatory). Availability to start within a maximum period of 1 month (mandatory). Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments. Strong organizational and problem‐solving skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Nice to Have Technical background in software development, infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar. Experience with digital transformation, payments, compliance, or core banking projects. Experience working in international and multicultural environments. Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architecture.
