About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service over the telephone and via email, responding to queries about products and services.
* Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
* Pro-active and a team player with a native-level proficiency in Dutch.
* A good knowledge of English is also required.
Benefits:
This is a fixed-term contract (6 months - 1 year) that is renewable. Working hours are full-time (40h/week) from Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts between 06:00-22:00 (8h/day).
Two salary options are available:
* Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
* Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
During the training period, candidates can expect compensation at 50% of their hourly wages (lower taxes). International candidates receive additional benefits including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to their home country (within the EU).
