Job Mission:
Develop and execute targeted commercial action plans, manage strategic accounts and represent the hotel at industry events. This is a high-impact position aligned with the brand's repositioning strategy and with a strong focus on the Lesur/Mice segments with and without F&B.
The selected professional will be responsible for designing and implementing targeted commercial strategies focused on revenue growth, attracting new business and continuous performance improvement.
Follows up on Residential Events, Banquets and other events negotiated by the company.
Represents hotels and the region at industry events, promotes destination differentials, builds solid network of contacts and collects relevant market information.
