The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting complex applications, with hands-on knowledge ofcloud platformsandAndroid environments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth application operations, resolving incidents, and collaborating with development teams to continuously improve system performance.Key Responsibilities: Provideproduction supportfor enterprise applications in a fast-paced automotive project. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues acrosscloud and Android environments. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Monitor application performance, report issues, and suggest process improvements. Maintain documentation of systems, incidents, and solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree inSoftware Engineering, Computer Science, or related field/experience. 3+ yearsexperience in Application Support, preferably in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience withAndroid application environmentsand mobile application support. Proficient inSQL, scripting languages, and troubleshooting tools. Familiarity withITIL processesand incident management. Excellentanalytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken).Preferred Skills: Knowledge ofJava/Kotlin,CI/CD pipelines, andobservability/monitoring tools. Experience in theautomotive industryor with large-scale enterprise applications.
