As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Studio Manager to join our expanding team at Parque das Nações, ensuring the highest standard of client care and operational excellence.
The Role
As Studio Manager, you'll be the face and heartbeat of the studio.
You'll ensure a seamless, uplifting experience for every client while managing the daily operations with precision, professionalism, and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:
Welcome clients with genuine enthusiasm, manage check-ins, and ensure every visit reflects our premium service standards
Operations:
Oversee bookings, class schedules, cancellations, and internal communications for smooth daily studio flow
Sales & Promotion:
Drive revenue by promoting monthly subscriptions, packages, and retail products (apparel, accessories, etc)
Communication:
Manage client and internal correspondence across email and messaging platforms with clarity and professionalism
Studio Presentation:
Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the studio
Inventory Management:
Track and order stock to keep supplies well-managed.
Team Support:
Coordinate with trainers and staff to organize schedules, coverage, and special events
About You
You're a people-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
You combine attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a passion for wellness with a polished, approachable demeanor.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or retail management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
Highly organized, reliable, and proactive with excellent multitasking skills
Friendly and confident personality with a passion for client experience
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-evolving studio environment
Passion for fitness or previous experience in luxury/wellness brands is a strong advantage
