The Site Manager will oversee operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the site.

Description
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Porto Service Center, promoting a high-performance and compliant culture;
Build, lead, and develop a strong local management structure;
Own workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and team structuring;
Set leadership standards, drive engagement, and support continuous professional development;
Ensure consistent service excellence aligned with the global operating model;
Act as the primary liaison between the Porto site and group functions;
Oversee local administrative, financial, and operational governance;
Manage internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Portuguese regulations;
Own end-to-end operational performance and KPI delivery;
Translate performance insights into targeted improvement actions;
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, internal control, and group policy requirements;
Drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and best-practice adoption;
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as system implementations, transitions, and service expansions.
Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
5+ years of senior-level experience in Operations, Business Management within regulated, SSC, or BPO environments;
Strong understanding of financial instruments, fund structures (preferred);
Proven exposure to BPO and back-/mid-office operations;
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change across systems, processes, and organizations;
Strong people leadership with a focus on performance, engagement, and talent retention;
Hands-on, results-driven mindset combined with strategic thinking;
High resilience, strong prioritization skills, and execution focus in fast-paced environments;
Pragmatic problem-solver with a solution-oriented approach;
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels;
Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities;
Knowledge of fund accounting systems is an advantage (e.g., SimCorp Dimension);
Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese, including negotiation skills.
