Lenus is looking for new Key Account Managers for our Lisbon Office. Join the health revolution and help make the world a healthier and happier place. We're building the future of holistic health. As a Key Account Manager in our Lisbon office, you'll target, onboard, and support the leading online health and fitness coaches across the globe to achieve lasting success. We're looking for a true sales maverick with a collaborative mindset and a vision to empower others in their journey to success.

Who are we looking for?

At Lenus, you'll be one of the first Key Account Managers in our Lisbon office, helping to launch and shape our presence in this new market. You'll work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results. You will have access to mentorship from seasoned KAMs across the Southern EU Region and the opportunity to advance your career in an inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Target & Empower Coaches: Build your portfolio by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing coaches to partner with Lenus.

- Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.

- Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches' impact.

- Building Partnerships: Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator.

- Ensuring Quality Excellence: Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus's commitment to quality.

Qualifications

- Sales and Growth Advocate: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.

- Digital and Social Media Enthusiast: Experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required; we'll help you grow these skills

- Collaborative Innovator: You approach challenges with creativity and teamwork, thinking like a co-founder invested in your partners' success.

- Exceptional Relationship Builder: You thrive in creating connections and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

The Team

You'll be one of the very first Key Account Managers in our Lisbon office, helping to launch and shape our presence in this new market.
