Overview Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning organizing and overseeing the completion of projects within the given timeframe and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met and delivered to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and possess excellent leadership communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans including timelines resources and budgets Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage their expectations Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to the team Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Effectively manage project resources including team members contractors and vendors Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned with the team Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Experience working with cross-functional teams Familiarity with project management software Fluency in English Portuguese proficiency is a plus We Offer As an international company we offer competitive compensation of 1100$ along with visa sponsorship for non-EU nationals.
