Digital Marketing Support Specialist
This role involves collaborating with a global team to deliver exceptional customer service and support for our advertising products. You will be responsible for managing product troubleshooting, resolving end-to-end issues, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the case journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide B2B support to valued advertisers via email and chat channels.
* Manage and resolve product-related queries by collaborating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams.
* Elevate overall user experience through proactive identification of initiatives to enhance services.
Requirements:
1. Language proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and strong English skills.
2. Digital marketing knowledge and experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
3. A degree in Marketing or related field and relevant work experience in digital marketing.
4. Strong customer service-oriented skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
