Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Service Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet established service levels, KPIs, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of IT service delivery to ensure it meets established standards
* Building and maintaining strong partnerships with providers, IT business partners, and stakeholders
* Maintenance of comprehensive documentation for service and operations processes
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills with advanced writing abilities
* 3+ years of experience working with digital solutions
* Familiarity with incident and change management tools (e.g. Servicenow, Jira)
* Experience in service management delivery
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office
* Able to conduct risk assessments accurately
* Development and maintenance of change authorization frameworks and schedules
* Creation and updating of documentation
* Strong team player with willingness to learn and adopt new skills
