We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AOG Purchaser & Logistics professional to join our team. This position has become available due to an internal transfer, and we are looking for a committed individual ready to support our fast-paced aviation operations.
Main Responsibilities :
* Source aircraft parts, tools, and materials from approved vendors
* Evaluate quotes, pricing, and delivery schedules
* Purchase and follow up on urgent parts
* Monitor stock levels and manage backorders
* Coordinate AOG shipments with logistics providers
* Maintain accurate records and ensure traceability of parts
* Ensure compliance with FAA and EASA regulations
* Use Quantum Control for procurement processes
* Report on order status and delivery delays
* Handle vendor disputes
Profile :
* Degree or certification in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
* Entry-level experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Professional English (spoken and written)
* Reliable, organized, and able to communicate clearly and respectfully
