Transport Lead Role Overview
The project aims to deliver advisory support for the development of Guimaraes Municipality Bus Rapid Transit and Sustainable Urban mobility plan projects.
* Key Expert: Transport Economist Lead (Cat. I)
* Essential Skills & Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Transport Planning or related field.
o Fluency in English language (CEFR C1).
o Working command of Portuguese language.
* Prior Professional Experience:
o A minimum of 15 years' experience in the transport sector.
* Relevant Project Experience:
o 12 years of advisory or delivery experience on urban transport infrastructure and services projects.
o Preparation of CBA analyses for public transport projects in various contexts.
o Financial modelling expertise for public transport projects.
o Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning, procuring, contracting and delivering public transport projects.
