What You'll Do:
* Be a customer champion Respond to inquiries from riders and drivers via phone, live chat, and helpdesk, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
* Channel your inner detective Analyze escalated cases for potential policy violations or safety concerns, making informed decisions to uphold our high standards.
* Become a master problem-solver Handle customer complaints, identify the best solutions, and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
* Be a team player Collaborate with drivers and customers to gather information and resolve issues effectively, even in critical safety situations.
* Knowledge is power Maintain a deep understanding of our services to provide top-notch support and proactive suggestions.
* Be a data whiz Analyze situations and make informed decisions based on established policies and guidelines.
