We invest a lot of effort on our client relationships and always deliver the best candidate or product available for their need and that is the main reason behind our success!At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:Energy Systems Engineer m/f - Hybrid (Porto)- Goals and deliverables• Define technical architecture and system specifications for substation automation and protection solutions (and other energy-sector applications)• Produce functional and technical specifications for complex solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements• Select and specify appropriate equipment and technologies for each solution• Support the Project Manager on planning activities and technical coordination with clients and partners• Supervise and actively participate in configuration, testing, validation, and commissioning activities• Produce technical documentation including operation, maintenance, and training plans• Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices• Participate in technical forums and innovation committees, contributing to the unit's technological developmentExperience Required• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in systems engineering within energy systems: substation automation, protection systems, or power control• Proven experience with the companies and projects operating in this specific market (energy infrastructure, not industrial automation)• Hands-on experience with data networks and communications in energy environments• Experience with databases and primary substation equipment• Exposure to field work (commissioning, on-site testing)Education• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)What we offer:- Salary classification according to the experience shown;- Good working environment with young and dynamic teams;- Integration into exciting and technologically innovative projects;- Training plan and opportunitiesAnnual Gross Salary: 35.000€ - 45.000€ + Other BenefitsTo respond to this opportunity, please send us your CV, indicating the reference RS/ENS/L to the following email address emprego@sysmatch.com
