Job Overview
The Client Delivery Account Manager plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional client support within the OTC independent valuation department.
This position entails valuing various OTC derivatives, from basic to complex, and requires a deep understanding of processes like trade capture, scrubbing, price analysis, and client-specific procedures.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Validating price movements exception-based at asset-relevant tolerance levels.
* Understanding and participating in onboarding new clients.
* Leading projects to enhance efficiency and controls, collaborating with Client Line, Business Analysts, and IT.
* Analyzing daily variations and discrepancies using Bloomberg and other pricing tools.
* Coordinating with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and reduce risks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field, up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations, excellent communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, and a strong team spirit and networking abilities.
