In practice, your day-to-day
1. As a Senior Data Scientist in the Scoring Center team, you will undertake projects to build risk prediction models. Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Assess needs, define deliverables, estimate effort and timeframes, and develop implementation plans for modelling projects. Use statistical methods (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, etc.), analyze, and explain results.
2. Lead projects, monitor schedules, support implementation and monitoring of tools.
3. Participate in score model monitoring campaigns: generate and analyze results, diagnose issues, and develop action plans.
4. Conduct or analyze statistical studies related to risk prediction models. Support analytical missions for international entities and address audit recommendations related to Basel regulations.
5. Contribute to transversal missions: technological and methodological watch, regulatory compliance, training, and support for international groups.

3. Qualifications and skills:
1. Degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
2. At least 2 years of experience in risk environments, preferably banking.
3. Strong skills in Python and data science libraries.
4. Experience with modelling environments and data lab tools.
5. Knowledge of machine learning model industrialization.
6. Able to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
7. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
