About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support and manage our Portugal operations. This role will work closely with local leadership and play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations, strong partner relationships, and effective support across HR, finance, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Country Support
* Support Portugal's local country management activities, including HR, finance, and administrative operations
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational requirements
* Act as a key point of coordination between global teams and local stakeholders
Business Development & Partnerships
* Support local business development initiatives and market expansion efforts
* Manage and nurture relationships with local vendors, partners, and service providers
* Coordinate contract management and vendor negotiations in alignment with company policies
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Support leadership with insights, reports, and operational updates
* Represent the company in local business interactions as required
General Business Support
* Support day-to-day local business activities and operational execution
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Required Experience & Skills
* 10–15 years of experience in business operations, country management, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of HR, finance, and administrative processes
* Experience in business development, vendor management, and partner relationships
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
